Lets ponder over a bit and see if we can do something other than running out and buying a new graphic card! You can update the game to the latest patch or you can "Overclock" your graphics card to squeeze out every single bit of performance your graphics card can offer. How to overclock graphics card?
Now do that.

Download and install the tool “MSI Afterburner”.

Click on the “Core clock” speed present at the right.

Type in some amount 25Hz more than the current speed and press enter.

Click on the “Memory clock” speed present at the right.

Similarly type in some amount 50Hz more than the current speed and press enter.

Click on “Apply” to apply the modified speed.

Experiment with the clock speed until you see instability while playing.
