Many times we happen to wonder where the hell our internet speed is going, moments ago it was blazing fast browsing and suddenly it is crawling on its knees. After some thinking we fire up the task manager and look, hey the task manager is showing that the network is running at its full speed then why is my webpage not opening. Like a true detective we rattle our brain and conclude that its some background processes which is sucking up all the network bandwidth. How to find those background processes?
Now do that.

Press “Windows + R” key to open run dialog.
Run Dialog
Type: perfmon.exe, and press enter.
Performance Monitor

Performance monitor window will open, click on “Open Resource Monitor”.
